" When I decided to sell my primary residence and buy a new one in the same month, I knew I would need expert help, and lots of it! I knew I would need someone who would guide me through the whole process and be there every step of the way with me, especially since I was working out of town during the week. I called Taleen because I've known her for over 30 years. So I already knew that she was smart, hard-working, professional, energetic, trustworthy, and ethical. As a realtor, I knew she would not be daunted by the task I set for her, and that she would be able to get me the best sale price for my townhouse and the best purchase price for my new condo.
Taleen sprang into action and scheduled several appointments to view suitable high-rise units in my designated area. We went out every weekend both Saturday and Sunday. Taleen was tireless and kept me going with snacks and lots of encouragement. She said that the more units we saw, the better, as I could compare multiple units, and I had a greater chance of finding one I liked that met my requirements. In each building we viewed the unit itself, the lobby, the common areas, the gym and the parking garage. Taleen would not let me leave anything out. Every aspect of the property was important. I soon found a unit I liked and Taleen set about negotiating the best purchase price and a closing date that would work for me.
We then put my townhouse up for sale. Taleen arranged for me to view two similar properties in my complex so that we could determine how to price my property in comparison. I needed some bridge financing so Taleen connected me with a wonderful, creative mortgage specialist. Taleen got to work with her photographer and together they took some lovely photos of my property and filmed a 3D tour. Taleen wasted no time broadcasting all of this on MLS and online, and voila! We had an offer the same day! Taleen managed every aspect of the sale for me, leaving me free to begin the process of packing.
I've bought and sold other properties in the past but never has the process been as easy and stress-free as it was with Taleen. Although I knew she had other clients on the go, she was working for me every day and I knew I could trust her to get the job done while keeping my best interests at heart. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call Taleen again. I highly recommend her as a realtor. "

Taleen helped us to find our first home in Canada in the perfect location and within our budget.
